The Pian dell'Aia Municipal Park, commonly called chestnut grove, is nothing short of fabulous.
In the chestnut season, there are plenty of chestnuts and the village uses them for the famous Chestnut Festival at the end of October.
At weekends, there is also a refreshment bar that prepares pizzas and pasta dishes in the evenings as well. Eating and chatting surrounded by this oasis is priceless, which few municipalities can boast.
In the park it is also possible to play many outdoor sports and there are sports facilities for soccer, basketball, tennis, and volleyball.
