On Sunday, October 29, as part of the chestnut festival, the 9.3-kilometer "Maratonina del Marrone di Latera" running race, now in its 20th edition, will be held.
The running event sees the participation of about 200 people every year, including runners who run the competitive route and amateurs who run a non-competitive walk a shorter route.
The rally is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. in Latera, starting at 10 a.m.
The participation fee is 10 euros for the competitive race (if registration is made by Friday 27 at 1 p.m.) and 5 euros for the non-competitive ride.
The prizes up for grabs consist solely of products from activities in and around Latera, in keeping with the spirit of the event.
